1. LucyDNA Services

LucyDNA provides genetics-informed health and wellness services, including website content, app access, health profile tools, goals, recommendations, chronic disease genetic risk report ordering, provider-supported review workflows, and fulfillment support.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old or have appropriate authorization to use LucyDNA services.
• You are responsible for providing accurate account, profile, shipping, and order information.
• You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• LucyDNA may suspend or restrict access if account activity appears unsafe, fraudulent, unauthorized, or inconsistent with these terms.

3. Health and Genetic Risk Information

LucyDNA content, recommendations, goals, and genetic risk reports are intended to support wellness education and provider-informed follow-through. They are not emergency services and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Contact a qualified health professional for health decisions and call emergency services if you have an urgent medical concern.

4. Chronic Disease Genetic Risk Reports

• Each selected chronic condition report is priced at CAD $299.00 unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• LucyDNA may offer 20+ chronic condition report options across major disease areas such as cardiovascular, metabolic, respiratory, cancer, neurological, renal, immune, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Each selected condition may include an at-home collection kit and one disease-level genetic risk report.
• LucyDNA reports are disease-level PRS and risk assessment workflows. They are not gene-by-gene variant interpretation reports.
• Processing timelines are estimates and may depend on sample receipt, sample quality, laboratory processing, provider review, and fulfillment status.

5. Membership Plans

LucyDNA membership is available at CAD $49.99 per month unless otherwise stated. Membership may include app access, profile updates, goals, recommendations, order visibility, and longitudinal wellness tracking. Membership can be bundled with a report order when available at checkout. Recurring billing setup and cancellation instructions will be provided during or after enrollment.

6. Orders, Payments, and Refunds

• You authorize LucyDNA and payment providers to process charges for selected reports, memberships, taxes, shipping, and other disclosed charges.
• Order acceptance is subject to payment confirmation, eligibility, service availability, and operational review.
• Refunds, cancellations, replacements, or credits may depend on order status, kit shipment, sample processing, and applicable requirements.
• LucyDNA may correct pricing, availability, or order errors before fulfillment.

7. User Responsibilities

• Do not misuse LucyDNA systems, scrape data, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or upload harmful content.
• Do not submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information for yourself or another person.
• Use recommendations, reports, and app content responsibly and with appropriate clinical judgment or professional guidance.

8. Communications

LucyDNA may send account, security, order, fulfillment, recommendation, membership, and service messages by email, app notification, or other contact methods you provide. Marketing messages are sent based on consent or other lawful basis and can be opted out where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property

LucyDNA websites, app interfaces, content, logos, workflows, text, graphics, and software are owned by LucyDNA or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit them except as permitted by these terms or by written permission.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

LucyDNA services are provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LucyDNA disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these terms and limits liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages. Some rights may not be excluded under applicable law.

11. Changes to Services or Terms

LucyDNA may update services, features, pricing, these terms, and related policies. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms. Material changes may be communicated through the website, app, email, or other reasonable methods.

12. Governing Law and Contact
